Adopt_a_drifter
Students in Italian schools abroad can adopt a drifter, a buoy that drifts following the surface current in the Southern Ocean, with the goal of tracking a body of water to observe over time where it will move and how fast it will move. They will be able to monitor the southern ocean in real time through observation and analysis of data collected by the buoy. The buoy will be inscribed with the school's name and a message that students will want to share with anyone who crosses the buoy on its path.
